Sarah Blanche

This little cutie is Sarah Blanche. She is the niece of Kate who is getting married this weekend in Batesville. I was lucky enough to get to play with her while Aunt Kate was getting ready for her bridal portrait. Needless to say, Mom and Dad are dying for a peek as they couldn't be there during Sarah Blanche's session. So here are just a few to wet their whistle as the saying goes....
Precious!!

Playing hide and seek with Aunt Kate!

Every little girl loves to play dress-up...
You guys know me...I am a sucker for pouty faces!!

Hope you enjoy the pictures! I still have a ton from other sessions to post and will also try to get back to Brittany's wedding pictures very soon....
Bye for now!

Kate

I had the honor of doing Kate's bridals this past week and wanted to share a few. Kate grew up in Batesville and I was so excited when she called me to do her wedding. As you can see, she is a beautiful bride and we had so much fun. I have to thank her mom for helping me out with the reflector. Hope you guys enjoy the pictures!!

Have a great day everyone!

Brittany and Leighton...Rehearsal

Hey Guys,
I know that I have some very impatient people so I thought I would go ahead and try to start blogging some from Brittany and Leighton's wedding this past weekend. I know what is going to happen, I will get this started and not get back to it for a couple of weeks and start getting hate mail!! JK.

Anyway, I will start with the rehearsal that took place at 2:00 pm on Friday the 16th. As I was walking into the church...this is the first image that I had to get. This is John Todd. Every bit of John Todd I might add. He is my nephew and this picture is "so" him. He is rotten to the core...we have all made him that way so it is not his fault...and he is so stinking cute! Anyway, he was not overly impressed with this whole wedding thing but was being as cooperative as a 5-year-old boy can be! ( He actually started to have fun later in the day and I have a picture of him playing air guitar at the reception. I will share it later. It is hilarious!)

This is the two flower girls. What you can't see here is that they both have the most beautiful red hair and blue eyes. They look so much alike and they are not even related!! However, they got along so great. I was so proud of all of the little guys...they all did such great jobs...and tried to steal the show as kiddoes do!!

This is Brit and her dad as they were enjoying the little ones right along with everyone else...

The junior bridesmaids...my girls and my niece McLain.....Alli and McLain were so excited..Morgan, being the tomboy, couldn't get over the idea of wearing a dress. However, in the end, she enjoyed the whole event...as tomboys can that is!

SO this is how this goes?? Britt and Leighton at the altar...

The little girls, Blythe and Elena, once again ...sorry. They were so precious I took several pictures of all of the kiddoes!!!

This is John Todd and Asa. So Asa was the youngest of the bunch and was very unhappy about the whole situation. He ended up deciding to not be in the actual wedding but he did make an appearance at the rehearsal...I love how he is looking at John Todd!

What a cutie!

Okay guys. That is all for now. I am still worn out from the weekend and have a full week this week. Hope this was enough to get you started.

More to come later from the Bridesmaid's luncheon and getting ready for the main event!

Night all!

Happy Birthday Caroline!

I think this is probably the sweetest family I have ever met. We had so much fun and, as you can tell, Caroline is the absolute apple of her parents' eyes. We had a georgous afternoon and a happy baby and birthday cake! What more could you ask for? We got so many fun shots that I had a hard time deciding which ones to share...

Caroline was all about sharing her cake and I think mom and dad were both covered before we were done!

Thanks guys for sharing the afternoon with me and for braving the traffic during Toad Suck Days!

Have a safe trip back from North Carolina!

Sophia

This little cutie is Sophia. I was so honored to get to do her one year pics and she did such a great job! She was a little slow to warm up but then we chased her everywhere. We had a great time. Alli Grace was on hand to assist me and she really did this day. Sophia's big sis had come along for the shoot also and she and Alli played well together. Actually they had so much fun playing that the next thing we knew, big sis had fallen into the goldfish pond...and went under!! I can honestly say that this was a first. I have had an older brother slip into the pond but never one go all the way in. Bless her heart!! It scared her to death. However, mom just took everything in stride and we finished the shoot. And, no, I didn't take one picture as sis was devastated and I didn't want to add to it. However, looking back, I wish I would have snapped just one!
Here are a few of the birthday girl!

Have a great evening!

Brittany

Tis the season! It is definitely the season for weddings and it has been a lot of fun doing all of the bridal sessions that I have been doing. I'm a little behind on posting as usual but thought I needed to get these up as these guys are getting married on this coming Saturday. I am excited as this will be my first wedding at Garvin Gardens in Hot Springs. The chapel there is beautiful so it will be a georgous wedding.

This is Scott's cousin Brittany and I think she was maybe 3 when Scott and I first started dating. yes I am feeling quite old and, as you can see, she has grown up to be a beautiful bride. She has just graduated with her masters degree in Speech Path so talk about starting a new chapter in your life.
Anyway, this will also be the first wedding that both of my girls are in so I'm sure I will have lots of pictures. Alli Grace is so excited...she is my girly-girl...can't wait to get all dolled up. However, Morgan, being her daddy's girl, is having second thoughts on having to wear a dress. Daylight and dark I tell you!
Anyway, here are a few favorites from Brittany's session.

More to come on the wedding after the weekend!

Night all!

Jessica

This girl is so crazy and we had a blast doing her bridals!! She was up for anything and I have never laughed so much in my life. For those of you who keep up with the blogging, Jessica and I have a thing for cemetaries and did a few shots in the cemetary for her engagement pix so we had to do a follow-up for her bridals too. I'm looking forward to her wedding in August because I know it will be a lot of fun! Hope you enjoy the pictures and Michael...you better not be peeking!

I hope you guys have a great weekend! I'm off to Hot Springs to do Brittany's bridals!!
