Jesse

Once again, it seems that I am always a little..okay a lot...behind on blogging. I guess it has become the norm. Anyway, this little man is Jesse and he has the most incredible eyes. He was not sure about being barefoot in the grass but he hung in there for us. Here is a peek for family and friends. Hope you guys enjoy!

Thanks for sharing your afternoon with me!

Brent SR 2008

Okay, this is Brent that I promised to get on the blog a couple of days ago....more like three I think. In my defense, you guys have kept me crazy busy this week so I have been shooting and sleeping basically. Anyway, I know, enough with the excuses.

I got to meet Brent the other day when I shot Lexton's 6 month session. Bless his heart...he had me, his mom and his big sister all to put up with while he was trying to get his Sr pictures done and he did an amazing job. Anyway, here is the peek that I promised.

Thanks for being such a good sport and I hope you enjoy your pics!

Lexton

This is Mr. Lexton. He belongs to Melanie who is kind enough to do the awesome painted frames for me. If you haven't seen her frames, drop by the studio and take a look. They are truly a work of art! I hopefully will have framing information up on my website soon...so much to do....
Anyway...there is just not a whole lot to say about this baby. I mean, he is just too precious. Mom and I were worried initially that it wasn't going to be a good session as Mr. Lexton was a little bit grumpy when we first got started. However, he proved us wrong and held out almost better than we did! He is just georgous and was so much fun. What a happy age!! Anyway, I promised a sneak peek to mom so here it is.

I promise to have more pics tomorrow as we also did Uncle Brent's Sr. pictures this afternoon. I promise we did not make him sit naked in the chair!! ;)
Night all!

Erin and Mitch

This is one of my adventurous couples to brave the cold crazy Arkansas weather that we have been having. These guys were so much fun and really sweet together and they tried very hard to not look like they were freezing to death!! Thanks for being such great sports guys and I know that you are getting excited about your wedding next month!! Hope you enjoy the pictures!!

Thanks guys for a fun afternoon!!

Lisa :)

Brittany

This little sweetheart is Brittany. She is so beautiful and has two beautiful older sisters to help mom out. She did so good...as did everyone. This family was kind enough to let me come into their home and totally disrupt everything....I tend to have that effect on everyone....tornado that is. Anyway, I showed up earlier than we had planned and then I wanted to shoot in the one room where dad was working. He was very helpful and didn't fuss at me for coming in and moving things around.
Anway, these guys did so good and I was very honored to get to do these pics. You guys have been so patient so I hope you enjoy the pictures!
Thanks for sharing your afternoon with me.

Lainey

This was another fun session. Miss Lainey kept me on my toes! If I had half of her energy, I might could get caught up on some things...maybe! She was absolutely precious and we played little pony as her toy ponies came to watch. Mom did so great with her outfit and it so fit her personality. This is one more session that was rescheudled today due to the weather so I know mom is anxious to sneak a peek also.

Thanks for a fun day Miss Lainey! You did a Fab job!!

And that really is all for tonight folks!!

Lisa :)

Sweet Caroline!

Well, all can say on this one is what a cutie pie! This baby was all smiles and full of personality. I loved all of her different expressions. She was definitely a ham! Anyway, we had to reschedule our viewing session today and I know that mom is anxious for a peek...so here you go!!!

See guys, I am trying!!!

Little Miss Payton

Newborn sessions are very unpredictable...sometimes they go off without a hitch and sometimes the little one totally doesn't like the spotlight. Well, this little girl is going to be a future diva as she did a great job. She was so precious and so tiny. I love getting them when they still have all of the little wrinkles. Anyway, I know that mom and dad are anxious to share a few pictures.

I have to admit I stole the verse of this song from a friend of mine sho used it for her daughter's christening. I pray that she has it on video as I want to see it so badly. Anyway, this verse is from a song "Baby Song" From the album "Zion Sing!" Words and music by: Melissa Champlion ©1998 All rights reserved.

Hope everyone enjoys the pics!

Night all! I promise more to come....I know I have some very anxious moms but this is it for tonight

Sorry! :(

Happy Birthday Ethan!

This little guy is Mr Ethan and he came to see me to share his birthday cake! We had so much fun and he is such a sweetie. I wanted to share a few from his session. Hope everyone enjoys!
Thanks!

Brit and Leighton

I know that I have a few engagement couples wanting to see their pictures but I thought I needed to start with this one since they are family by the way! (and I did their pics forever ago) I guess Brittany was maybe 3 when I first started dating her cousin...my now husband. Anyway, talk about people getting all grown up! I could tell some stories. Nothing bad. She was the center of attention every Sunday afternoon when we ate lunch at Wawa's (yes a whole other story). And has slowly turned into an amazing young woman. Brittany will finish up with her speech-path degree in May and then look toward the next phase of her life.
Poor Leighton has had the tough part of the job. Meeting all of the family and the little ones. They put him through the ringer and then some. He takes it like a man. If you can put up with the Alli and John Todd, you can survive the whole family!!
Okay, getting back to the pictures...we froze our tails off on this shoot and I had layers upon layers. They were not so lucky. We did learn several lessons but the most important one was...when you shoot in the cold, bring plenty of kleenex and Starbucks! (we had neither)
Anyway, guys...thanks for being such good sports! Hope you enjoy the peek!

Long time...no blog!

Hey Guys!
I know it has been awhile and I apologize. You guys have had me very busy with other details and I have neglected the whole blog experience. After receiving the e-mails lately, I decided I better get back to business! Anyway, I have several to try to get caught up so remember...patience is a virtue!!

This is Aspyn and Kaleigh. I know you have seen them on my blog before. And it is amazing how much they have grown. We got together for this session to do Kaleigh's 4 yr pics and to get a pic for mom's new purse. Mom and I have such difficulty getting our schedules together that we finally met up a couple of weekend's ago for a quick 30 minute session. The girls did such a great job that we ended up having plenty of time!
Hope you guys enjoy!
